This was not like my usual contemporary romance fare. It was twisted and dark and there are parts to this story that I'm sure some people just won't like, but I loved it! And a bonus for me was that the narration was on point!
The story is complex and twisted and I loved how the author shared the background to the story in little pieces, each turning the story in a new direction
Emily, the reformed party girl, is searching for her old friend Amber and this brings her on a collision course with the sexy Reeve Sallis. Their interactions are erotica and dark
It does end in a cliffhanger, and I could see it coming, but in the end I welcomed it! I can't wait for the conclusion to this series and it will definitely be one that I will re-listen to again and again in the future

First Touch is a dark spellbinding, suspenseful, shocking, intense novel. I just discovered another side to Laurelin Paige's writing. Was on edge and hooked until the last page. I need the next book!First Touch
