The characters in these books behave nothing like real life people, which yeah... Fantasy... But the thing about fantasy is that you suspend certain truths and beliefs in exchange for an experience that you want to think could possibly happen somewhere or at least in the universe presented. If you cross the line into "that's impossible" territory with regards to the people in the story too often, then the story becomes unpalatable.
I'm sorry, I just can't get into this story. The MC is a complete wuss and the relationships between nearly every character and another is either incredibly unlikely or straight up impossible. Asking your reader to suspend belief and common sense that much doesn't work. Everything in this book takes a back seat to a sexual encounter happening, even when something else is more important. If you're going to write an alpha male, then do it. That doesn't mean he can't be apprehensive or have fears, but good God he can't be constantly so with regards to these women. At least have him build up confidence. The MC is a walking contradiction.
Using virtual narration is garbage, though I sort of get it if you don't have the budget. At least use one of the female voices when 98% of the characters are female and the subject matter is largely sex focused. First of all, the female voices just plain sound better from a technical perspective, and second what guy wants to hear a guy's voice making sounds for a female orgasm? Very few.
