The story line was great, little erotica, but it was very hard to due to the horrible narrator/performance. I would like to have a narrator to see how much of a difference it would make. .

not sure what the other reviewer was talking about I thought the narrator was good. I had no problem listening along . loved the story and would recommend it.

I'm not a Heather Miles fan. Her voice going up and down is irritating. And I don't like how they all have the same voice. But, it's still a good story to listen to.

Not a fan of the narrator. I had to check to see if it was an AI narrator. The story was still worth listening to.

I can usually play with the narration speeds to my satisfaction but there was no helping this one. Good thing the story more than made up for it. Still worth the listen.

Listening to this story was almost unbearable. The narrator's tone and cadence belong in a D movie. The story had potential, but I had to force myself to listen.

Heather Miles did a terrible job at reading this book. She really ruined the story the inflection in her voice was totally off. Every sentence ends with her voice going up. Nobody talks like that and it was very irritating to listen to. I think the editing must be off too. I couldn't stand to listen to another book she reads unless she has improved.

Narrator is terrible

If you have the patience to stay with it and not through your device out the window because of the narration.
Sometimes I couldn’t decide if it was the writing of short staccato sentences or was it the strange narration. Heather Miles use a very good voice when she narrated CHris, but for the rest of the story she ended sentences when she felt like it, usually with raising her voice in a sort of a question. Better not change the voice for the narration and the characters than using this strange sound of short staccato parts of sentences that made it very difficult to follow the story line sometimes.

It is a good story

This story was about more than just all of the sexual encounters.There is a journey in this book for everyone. Chris and Kate each had a journey to take. Lucky for Kate that her grandmother saw what she needed. There’s a lot of family drama and dynamics. Believe in the old romance movies. I loved this audiobook. I know people didn’t like the narration of this book but you can get past it. You just have to get into the rhythm of it.

This is one of a million cases in which the reader (this was neither performed nor narrated) ruins the book. This one seemed to have no understanding at all of the link between punctuation and voice modulation.
I got through the book because I liked the story But is would have been 5 stars with a better narrator.
