My favorite month
might officially be November. I love cozy blankets, the autumnal colors, and the chill in the air that inspires me to bake something filled with cinnamon and spice. A benefit of the baking, besides making the house smell amazing, is the opportunity it gives me to get together with friends. I try to make gratitude a habit and often tell my friends that I’m lucky to know them. Since I shouldn’t eat every single cookie or piece of banana bread myself, I bake as a way to say thanks and to have an excuse to get together and talk about books!
