The jingle bells

have been ringing and sequins blinging, but the end of the year can also be a bit stressful. And where there’s stress, there’s often a cold or two. Sneezes in the office have hit their all-time peak, but I’m on high-alert where my immune system is concerned and am determined to stay healthy for the rest of the year (armed with plenty of vitamin C and hand sanitizer). In addition to all of my precautionary measures, Ah-Choo! has proven to be a fascinating guidebook to avoiding and combating the common cold. After all, you have to know a little bit about the enemy before you can fight it off.

Here’s hoping your final days of 2018 are full of good health and good fortune (instead of sneezing, coughing, and runny noses). See you in 2019!
