Sports memoirs for people who don't like sports
I don't really follow any team sports, but I L.O.V.E. a great sports story! (Is anyone else watching the new documentary series Cheer?? I'm obsessed!!) I must not give off many sports vibes, because my fellow editors almost fell off their chairs the first time I volunteered to edit a sports feature. There's just something about the sports narrative that I can't get enough of—the competition, the drive, the teamwork, the heartbreak.
