Please read these rules before entering The Audible Harry Potter en Español Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

Eligibility. If you are an individual legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico currently residing in the United States or Puerto Rico and are the older of 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your country or state of residence at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Our employees and our employees’ immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) on March 11th 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on April 12th, 2019 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, each day is understood to begin at 12:00:01 a.m. (PT) and end at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT).

How to Enter. To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period you must enter via either Entry Method #1 or Entry Method #2 below:

Entry Method #1: Account holders will receive one (1) entry when they visit the applicable Sweepstakes entry page at audible.com/harrypottersweeps, click the enter button, and log-in using their Amazon.com or Audible username and password.

Entry Method #2: To receive one (1) entry without having an Audible or Amazon account, send a 3x5 card with your name, address, e-mail address and phone number to: The Audible Harry Potter en Español Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6010 Morton Grove, IL 60053.

Limit of one (1) entry per person using only one (1) Amazon.com account, Audible username and password, or email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method (for a maximum of one (1) entry per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period). To be eligible for the Sweepstakes drawing, we must receive eligible entries by 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on April 12th, 2019 except for mail-in entries which must be postmarked no later than April 12th, 2019 and received by April 16th, 2019. You may not use multiple customer accounts or email addresses to enter the Sweepstakes, and entries submitted from the same person through multiple accounts will be disqualified.

Mailing List. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials from Audible in both English and Spanish languages. You may update or change your preferences by clicking on “Edit email preferences” at www.audible.com/account.

Other Promotions. Please note that we may be running similar sweepstakes at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other sweepstakes unless you enter each sweepstakes separately.

Grand Prize. At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, we will select one (1) potential grand prize winner. The one (1) grand prize winner will receive a 4 day, 3 night trip to Orlando, Florida to visit Universal Orlando Resort where they can experience The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $13,800 and includes:

a) Round-trip coach class air transportation, from a major airport near the winner's residence, for four (4) people (the winner and up to three (3) additional individuals designated in writing by winner) to Orlando International Airport. All travel must begin/end with the same major airport. Roundtrip airport/hotel transportation provided in Orlando, Florida. Winner is responsible for any other ground transportation needed other than to/from airport and hotel in Orlando. Airline and Hotel selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Additional costs including, but not limited to, seat assignments, baggage fees, etc. are determined by selected airline and will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.

b) Three (3) nights hotel accommodations in one (1) standard room (quadruple occupancy) at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort (or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion). Based on availability at time of booking (room and tax only).

c) A Per Diem daily stipend of $100 per person for up to four (4) people for 4 days.

d) Cash payment (estimated at 30% of estimated prize value $9,660). The cash payment is intended to serve as a stipend to assist in the Grand Prize winner in paying any income taxes associated with income earned from the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner remains responsible for any taxes and the cash payment is not intended to satisfy all tax liabilities associated with the Grand Prize.

e) 2-Park 3-Day Park-to-Park theme park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks for Winner and up to three (3) Guests.

Actual Grand Prize value may vary based on factors at time of booking, including but not limited to airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. If the actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, we will not award the difference in cash. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation or delay of any flight.

Prizes will be fulfilled by Sponsor and/or its respective prize provider agencies. If you are selected as a potential winner, Sponsor and/or its respective prize provider agencies will use the information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes to fulfill the prize. Travel dates to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All portions of prizes are subject to availability and change and are at Sponsor’s or its respective prize provider’s sole discretion.

Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. If applicable, the winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the winner’s stay.

Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary. If the potential Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize trip during the dates specified by us, we may select an alternative potential winner for the Grand Prize.

If in the judgment of Sponsor or any third-party company fulfilling the prize, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to the destination, Orlando, FL, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and/or the third-party company fulfilling the prize. The difference in value will not be awarded to the prize winner. The Sponsor or third-party company fulfilling the prize shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the prize winner at the time of notification. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.

Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.

Redemption of prize will be subject to our and the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, and prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations standard terms, conditions and restrictions.

Winners will be: (a) responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by winner in receiving or using the prize; and (b) will be required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to Sponsor or its prize provider agency in order to claim the prize.

Prize Drawing. A random drawing will be held on or about the fifth Tuesday of April (April 30th, 2019) from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. We will notify the potential winners by phone or e-mail within three (3) business days following the drawing, and the potential winners will be required to sign an Eligibility Statement and Release. Travel companions of winners may also be required to sign and return a Release. Potential winners’ name will be posted as described for Winners’ Name below. We will select alternative potential winners if the potential winners do not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, or meet the eligibility criteria. Potential winners will not be confirmed winners and will not receive the prize until we verify and approve the potential winners per the procedure outlined above. The prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Additional Terms. We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, postage due, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or Audible content plays or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, Audible content plays or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; (y) acting in violation of these rules; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No greater than the one (1) prize stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of the potential prize winners or if more prizes are claimed than the one (1) prize being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, we may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. The Sweepstakes and all accompanying materials are © 2019 by Audible, Inc., and its affiliates. All rights reserved. If you win the prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. We may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Each winner agrees (for himself or herself and his or her heirs) that, by accepting the prize, we, along with Universal Orlando, and each of our respective affiliates and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), will have no liability, and will be held harmless by the winner for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties. You agree that our decisions related to the Sweepstakes and the random drawing are final. Winner agrees that, by participating in the Sweepstakes, we may use the winner’s name, image or likeness in any manner and in any medium for our promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law, and we may be required to disclose the winner’s address to state regulatory authorities.

Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize provider of the hotel accommodations and theme park tickets only in this Sweepstakes; is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes; and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the collection of the entries or the conduct of the draws. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any portion of the prize elements provided by Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

Winners' Names

After we confirm the Winner, we will post the winner's name at www.audible.com/ep/Rules until October 31st, 2019. We may also feature our winners’ first name and first initial of their last name on our Facebook , Twitter and Instagram .
