Named as one of the 100 Most Spiritually Influential Living People in 2020 by Watkins Mind Body Spirit, Zinovia Dushkova, Ph.D., is an award-winning Russian author, poet, philosopher, historian, and traveller who has devoted more than 25 years to the acquisition of the secret wisdom underlying all known religions and philosophies. She continues the spiritual tradition of the Masters of the Ancient Wisdom who guided Helena Blavatsky and Helena Roerich to lead humanity from intellectual knowledge to the divine wisdom of the heart. In 1995, Dr. Dushkova gained admittance to the secret Book of Dzyan and revealed its new excerpt in "The Book of Secret Wisdom". In 2018, she was permitted to disclose more information about this mysterious manuscript in "The Secret Book of Dzyan". The experience of communication with one Himalayan Master of Wisdom inspired her to write "Parables from Shambhala". Dr. Dushkova's most significant work is "The Teaching of the Heart" series, which, after its publication in Russian in 1998, marked the beginning of a spiritual and cultural movement in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. In 2017, the English edition of the first book in this series received the Nautilus Book Awards silver medal in the United States. The basic idea of all Dr. Dushkova's books is the cultivating of the various qualities of the heart, which contribute to the spiritual development of the individual.
