Zeamie Emanuel was born and raised on the Caribbean Island of Antigua. He attended the Antigua Grammar high school and then migrated to the US Virgin Island, St Thomas. It was there that he enlisted in the U.S Army as a 15Y Military Occupational Specialty, where he was trained as an armored electrical avionic system repairer. Zeamie served in the army for 6 years and was deployed to Korea were he spent 15 months, after his time in the Army came to an end He was employed as a civilian contractor in Afghanistan for six years , working for various companies such as Lockheed Martin, L3 Vertex, and DynCorp. His experiences in Afghanistan were vast and varied, but he found his work as a contractor to be extremely challenging and rewarding. After his time in Afghanistan, Zeamie returned to the US and settled down with his wife and their three boys, who are aged 16, 13, and 9. They also have a Rottweiler named Zeus, who is a beloved member of their family. Zeamie is currently employed as an Industrial Automation Engineer and enjoying his time with his family. He is proud of the time he spent in the army and the work he did as a civilian contractor, and he is grateful for the experiences and opportunities that he had while serving. He hopes to continue to serve his country in other ways and make a positive impact on the world around him.
