In my life I have built 5 television stations. I have worked on computer controlled plants, computer controlled machines and Robots, I taught Philosophy and Sociology for fifteen years. I have 11 children, fifty some odd grandchildren and almost forty great grandchildren. I received my three college degrees, BA in independent studies, MA in Philosophy, and MA in Sociology from the University of South Florida after I was 50. I ran a computer service shop for fifteen years in Amarillo Texas. When my eyes started to go bad so I couldn't drive any more I decided to retire and learn to write fiction. I was 82 then. In the past 18 months I have written 4 stories including one that is a full length novel, The Moon is not for Sale. I tend to write old fashioned hard science fiction. While some of the gagets in my books seem a bit far fetched they, and all of the backgrounds are scientifically possible. For example, the Ugly machine is a neural processor and while it is extended beyond the neural processors built today, it follows the same rules. Everything in the Moon is not for sale is consistent with what science has found out about the moon. My training in philosophy is in the philosophy of science. I am only 83 now so I have time to write a lot more books
