Vix Anderton is a perfectionism and productivity coach for chronic over-doers, overthinkers and stressed-out control freaks. She helps them turn their inner critic into an ally and find powerful and sustainable ways to get on with what they care about without overwhelm and burnout. Vix served in the Royal Air Force for 10 years before entering the international development sector. With her experience in high-stress environments from war zones to boardrooms and a resulting burnout, she is now committed to helping other recovering perfectionists learn how they can manage their energy and emotions and reconnect with their natural flow, intelligence and creativity, thus enabling them to build more sustainable and authentic ways of being. Having lived in as many houses as years she has been alive, Vix is now settling on the Indonesian Island of Bali with her husband and 3 rescue kittens. She can be found at Ecstatic Dance, learning to hula-hoop or enjoying one of Ubud’s many vegan cafes. Vix offers coaching and online courses for recovering perfectionists.
