She believes that every experience, no matter how difficult, has shaped her into who she is today. Now living in Boulder, Colorado, with her partner and their three beloved cats—who unapologetically rule the household—Tracie enjoys delving into topics like metaphysics, spiritual dimensions of reality, meditation, qi gong, and energy medicine. She is currently writing a book about her parents’ lives and the impact of generational trauma, blending stories, photographs, and audio interviews into a powerful narrative.
