Tony is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, has over 25 years of experience in operations, leading technology deployments, and evaluating and improving business processes. He is President of Think, a Baltimore-based management consulting firm that provides technology and operations advisory services to mid-market executives and private equity, family office, and VC portfolio managers. Tony has written two books, Bare Knuckled Project Management (BKPM) and The Red Pill Executive. BKPM (2013, Gameplan Press) explains how the corporate PMO can be transformed into a special forces team of project executives. The Red Pill Executive (2021, Morgan James) integrates the work of Kahneman, Klaff, and Sinek into a culture-unlocking tool for operating executives to dramatically improve performance and effectiveness. Before founding Think, he held positions as VP and COO of various firms in and out of the technology and education industries. Think was formed in 2004 as a team of CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Agilists who advise, coach, collaborate, and design transformative but achievable ways forward for thier customers. Adapted for the mid-market, they serve clients in broadcast, edtech, financial services, publishing, health and health science, legal, and many other industries.
