Todd Marshall is founder and president of Worship Is Life. This ministry strengthens the local church to touch its community by exhorting leaders, musicians, and congregations to minister in, and live out, the biblical pattern of worship: revelation and response. Prior to launching this full-time ministry, Todd served as a worship arts pastor for nearly thirty years. Graduating North Central University in 1985 with a BS in sacred music, he began his full-time ministry with Redeeming Love Church in the suburbs of St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1997, Todd and his family moved to central Wisconsin, where he served the congregation of First Assembly of God in Plover. Three and a half years later, he transitioned to Smithtown, New York, on Long Island, and served for nearly fourteen years at Smithtown Gospel Tabernacle. Marshall has been certified as a life coach and just completed his studies for a master of worship studies from the Institute for Worship Studies in Jacksonville, Florida. Marshall and his wife, Brenda, along with their son, Taylor, reside in Woodbury, Minnesota. Their daughter, Kelsie, is married to Ben Freitag. Kelsie and Ben serve as worship leader and youth pastor at Summit Church in St. Paul.
