Tim Neverett is part of the Los Angeles Dodgers broadcast team, working on radio and television as a play-by-play announcer, as well as occasionally anchoring pre and post games shows on television. Prior to arriving in L.A., he broadcast the Boston Red Sox on the extensive “Red Sox Radio Network”, announcing the 2018 World Series and spent a good part of his career doing radio and television for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Neverett has been in the sports broadcasting world for more than 30 years, is a veteran of four Olympic Games and continues to announce college basketball and hockey on television. He worked in AAA with the Padres and Dodgers affiliates in Las Vegas before moving to Denver to do a multitude of things including Colorado Rockies pre and post game shows on TV and fill-in play-by-play. While in Colorado, Neverett hosted the award winning “Press Box” morning drive show on ESPN Radio 560 and did play-by-play of many college and professional events. He is a college professor at his alma mater, Emerson College, teaching in the School of Sports Communications.
