Tilden Moschetti, Esq., CCIM, is a Regulation D securities attorney, real estate syndicator, fund counsel, and author of The Real Estate Private Equity Blueprint.

He writes for sponsors, operators, fund managers, private equity people, and business owners who understand that raising capital is not just paperwork. It is architecture. The issuer, exemption, investor rights, economics, subscription process, operating agreement, private placement memorandum, Form D, Blue Sky filings, and investor communications all have to describe the same business. If they do not, the problem is not cosmetic. It is structural.

Tilden is the founder of Moschetti Syndication Law PLLC, where he helps sponsors and issuers structure real estate syndications, investment funds, private lending funds, business capital raises, and other Reg D private offerings under Rule 506(b) and Rule 506(c).

His perspective comes from both sides of the table. He spent roughly a decade litigating real estate and business disputes, earned the CCIM designation, brokered commercial real estate, syndicated deals himself, served as fund counsel and investment strategist, earned an MBA, and passed Level II of the CFA Program.

His books include The Complete Commercial Real Estate Guide and The Real Estate Private Equity Blueprint, a three-volume system about the architecture, assets, and capital behind real estate private equity.

Tilden lives in Raleigh with his wife, Anya, and their sons, Alex and Willsie.
