Theo Hicks went from graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in chemical engineering in 2013 to purchasing his first multifamily property in February 2015, while having no previous experience in real estate investing whatsoever. Flashing forward to the present, he has quit his w2 job, obtained his real estate license, and has become a full-time real estate investor, author, blogger and podcast host. He is 26 years old. He is the co-author of the Best Ever Weekly Newsletter and Blog, which provides actionable tips, much like this book, from Joe’s podcast on a weekly and daily basis. He is passionate about the psychological, personal development side of success. Therefore, he created the Unplugged Podcast where he shares his knowledge, experiences, insights, and opinions, as well as provides actionable advice, to help real estate investors, or any professional in general, have a better understanding of themselves and the human condition so that they can maximize their potential and create a truly fulfilling life!
