Terrell L. Carter

Terrell Carter, D.Min., is a pastor, professor, visual artist, writer, and former police officer for the City of St. Louis, MO. His writings specialize in addressing issues of race relations within the Church and communities. He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Greenville University in Greenville, IL. He previously served as Assistant Professor and Director of Contextualized Learning for Central Baptist Seminary in Shawnee, KS. He is also pastor of Webster Groves Baptist Church in St. Louis, MO. In addition to his work in higher education and law enforcement, Dr. Carter previously served as executive director of two nonprofit social service organizations in St. Louis.
