Sue Leather was born in Manchester in the UK, but currently lives in Vancouver, Canada. She has travelled extensively and worked in some sixty countries. Sue an expert author and editor of learner literature, sometimes called graded readers. She has written some 35 books for Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, Macmillan Heinemann, Scholastic and National Geographic/Cengage Learning. She was Joint Series Editor of Page Turners Reading Library. (National Geographic/Cengage Learning). She is currently working on a novel set in Manchester and Madrid.
