Her 2016 book, “Spiritual Compass: Practical Strategies for When You Feel Lost, Alone and God Seems Far Away,” is a guide to developing the spiritual guidance, emotional resilience and intuitive navigation skills needed in an increasingly stressful world. Her next book is titled, "Out of the Trauma Zone." Her 501C3 non-profit, “Out of the Trauma Zone Foundation” provides “stigma busting” education and training for self-applied stress and trauma release.
