Stephanie Wetzel became an editor when her fourth grade teacher Mr. Tapleras began relying on her corrections to his spelling on the chalkboard. A lifelong reader, somewhere along the line she developed a photographic memory for vocabulary, spelling and grammar. And way back in the 1980s, she edited papers for her high school and college friends - with a real inkpen on paper. Since her marriage to Charlie Wetzel in 1994, she has edited every page written by him in his work with John C. Maxwell. A writer in her own right, she also blogged for a decade—back when blogging was cool. Now, when not writing or editing, Stephanie still reads and learns obsessively. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with Charlie and their three young adult children at their home on a lake in north Georgia. And trying to talk Charlie into adding another dog to their three-dog household.
