Soufiane Erraji was born in 1975, and grew up in Casablanca, Morocco. He is married and father of 3 daughters. He is an IT Director & a Master Coach at a Fortune-50 company, as well as a coach and mentor to professionals from various countries, businesses, and industries. He is an author and speaker with over 25 years of experience in management, during which he has led multi-functional teams with excellence in Europe, Asia, and Africa. He is also a visiting professor at “Ecole Centrale de Casablanca” engineering school. His qualities as a manager, coach, and trainer have earned him numerous awards in the fields of training and personal development. He is a certified facilitator of "The 7 Habits for Highly Effective People" workshop by Stephen R. Covey, and a "GROW Coaching" trainer. His books have been read in 60 countries, and present innovative methods for achieving impressive results as an individual, a manager, or an organization leader. They are based on his own experiences and interviews with business and community leaders. Soufiane Erraji has delivered many conferences on these topics, attended by thousands of people from 30 countries.
