Named after the Motown legend, Smokey D. Fontaine, is a writer, producer, on-air host, and digital creative executive. As an author, his first book What's Your Hi-Fi Q? (2002), written with mentor Scott Poulson-Bryant, chronicled 30 years of Black music.
