As a firm believer in advocating toward improved mental health, Sharon Fekete published her book ‘The Broken Road to Mental Health, in Life & in Business’ on her 25th sober anniversary, August 11th, 2019. She speaks of her own previous struggles with addiction, depression, and the journey to overcome adversity. Sharon won the Susie Steiner Community Impact award from Hillsborough Community College in 2018. She currently sits on the Board of Largo Parks and Rec, and the planning committee for “Playing Unplugged, Just What the Doctor Ordered. She is happily married with a teenage stepson, and a Mom of 2 fur babies. In her spare time she enjoys being the Founder of www.thedoctorwhisperer.com, Co-Founder of www.13thAveMedia.com, and biking over bridges along the Gulf of Mexico!
