Sandy Kibling has served the healthcare industry in many roles, including physician consulting, where she worked with physician groups nationwide, renegotiating their contracts with health insurance companies for better reimbursement and contract terms. Sandy also worked for a large healthcare insurance company in a leadership role. Her experience included working on the frontline, where she addressed physician issues related to contracting, reimbursement, compliance, and practice management. At the company, she also worked as Director of Provider Experience, where she addressed provider concerns and patient issues to get to a positive resolution.   The battle people face to get the healthcare they deserve disheartened Sandy during her time in the industry. She has made it her mission to change this with The Savvy Healthcare Lady Book Series. The series is all about taking complex healthcare topics and making them simple. Topics in the series are relevant and informative in a quick read and concise format. The books in the series are available via paperback, tablet or e-reader and audio. The goal is to empower consumers with relevant information to be their own advocate and get the healthcare they deserve.
