Welcome! My name is Richard McMunn and I started the 'How2Become' series of books back in 2005 when I was working as a Firefighter for Kent Fire & Rescue Service. I initially started selling the books through my website http://www.How2Become.com but soon expanded the range on Amazon. Before joining the Fire Service I spent 4 years in the Fleet Air Arm on-board HMS Invincible. During my career I was heavily involved in recruitment and regularly sat on interview panels in addition to creating recruitment tests and scoring application forms and CVs. Many of my books not only include details of how to pass a selection process, but I also provide sample responses to the application form questions and also the interview questions. I have helped 100s of people to secure a job and I believe I can help you to do the same. Many of the books I have authored have been written in conjunction with people currently serving in that particular field. Sometimes, a member of the How2Become staff go through a selection process so that we can provide you the most up-to-date content to help you succeed.
