Rhys Tucker is a man who loves the outdoors and all things natural. He has been living in harmony with nature from an early age, which led him to study human nature from Biology, to Physiotherapy, to Psychology, and finally, to Neuroscience. Rhys has always been interested in nature-loving endeavors, so it was no surprise when he started studying health care, from psychology to plant treatments. What did surprise him was how much he liked connecting the dots between body functions - something that's not often done! In his studies, he often found connections that exist between the mind and body, which led him to believe that we can live a healthier life by understanding what foods are best for us and how our minds affect our bodies. He also touches on the Vagus Nerve, and how an individual's emotions can affect their health. After years of research, Rhy has decided to use the data from his experiences to write his books! In his spare time, Rhys continues to research and learn more about the human mind and all of its inner workings. He loves a good challenge, and what better challenge than learning why the mind works the way it does? In his books, he delves into the topics of the Vagus Nerve and its functions. He also gives useful methods for alleviating anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. Lastly, Rhys writes about the importance of feeding yourself properly, performing simple exercises to stay fit, and treating yourself naturally with physical therapy. If you're intrigued and want to learn more about how to take better care of yourself, and lay the foundations for a healthy lifestyle, be sure to pick up a copy of Rhys' book, “Vagus Nerve”
