Rebecca Asher

Rebecca Asher is an author, writer and marketing executive with nearly two decades of public relations, strategic marketing and sales experience.

Her work in public relations and marketing began in Los Angeles, where she worked with everyone from celebrities to mom-preneurs. Asher works with the client to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.

She graduated with a MA in New Media Journalism from Full Sail University, a graduate from Chapman University and The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.

Asher's essay Take a Breath is featured in Elizabeth Gilbert's Eat Pray Love Made Me Do It anthology (Riverhead Books), which was released March 29, 2016. Her books Images of America: Keller, Texas (Arcadia Publishing, 2011) and Little Mouse (2012) can be found on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Her one-woman show, Death by Chocolate - a coming of age story about dating, dieting and death has played in New York and Los Angeles.

Rebecca has acted, directed, produced and written for TV, film, radio and print. Her stand-up comedy routine has toured most of the southwest and a political book The Conflicted American is expected to be released summer 2016.

Rebecca discovered her comedy-writing niche by accident and learned making people laugh was a gift. Her dream would be to be the next Erma Bombeck for working moms, pen a modern "Dear Abby" column and co-host a radio show. Currently, Rebecca resides in North Fort Worth with her family.
