Randall is a fun-loving, espresso-drinking, outdoor enthusiast who has travelled extensively across North America, the Caribbean and Europe. His love of teaching has taken him into the corporate world, universities and public-school systems across Canada. He holds Bachelor degrees in both Education and Physical Education. Randall was instrumental in changing how language programs were being delivered in the business world in Quebec where he had a language and communication company geared towards creating tailor-made courses. Since retiring from the teaching profession, Randall has been developing multi-media online programs for the financial and health care arenas. He loves seeing others develop healthy lifestyle habits that have a huge impact on the quality of their lives. This fuels his personal passion for sharing his interests in fitness and using more natural approaches to managing one’s health challenges. When Randall is not having fun learning about his passions for travel, the wine industry and the health sector, he can be found hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and cross-country skiing in the Pacific Northwest with his wife Cindy. When they’re taking some down time, you’ll see them enjoying the outdoors by being physically active in the company of Mother Nature, whether it be exploring extensive underground cave systems in Cancun, horseback riding in the ocean in Jamaica, or scuba diving off the coast of the Grand Caymans. They’ve also been known to sip on the occasional glass of Barolo wine with good friends while preparing some of their favorite Italian dishes. Above all - they enjoy living life to the fullest and creating lasting memories. They hope that their guides will empower you to do the same.
