Ralph Varcoe has spent nearly 30 years in sales and growth, most recently as Chief Growth Officer at Connexin, where group revenue grew eight-fold, and the business placed second in GP Bullhound's 2024 Northern Tech Awards. Earlier, senior commercial roles at Virgin Media Business, CenturyLink, Tata Communications, Spirit AI and Orange Business Services, running teams from San Francisco to Sydney. He holds an MBA from Henley.
He is the founder and CEO of PiViva, a coaching and personal development platform, and the founder of Accelerate Performance, a consulting and coaching practice in London.
He got into NLP at 17, as a subject in research into memory and recall, and has been at it ever since. He is a certified Trainer of Master NLP and NLP Coaching, a Master Practitioner and trainer of hypnosis, and a trainer of Time Line Therapy® to master level, accredited by the ABNLP, ABH and TLTA. He sees private clients in Wimbledon.
Before any of it he trained as a singer, and performed classical and jazz from London to Shanghai. He still writes and records.
He lives in Wimbledon, southwest London.
