In 2005, the author, who was born in 1964 in the mining town of Gelsenkirchen in North Rhine-Westphalia/Germany, published his first novel “The Saga of Erik Sigurdsson”. Fascinated by the life of the Vikings, their voyages of discovery and wars of conquest, this could only be the subject of his first book. There are now five volumes in the series. The trained carpenter also wrote the Viking short story collection called “Viking Worlds”. The first volume of the Viking Worlds trilogy is also available in English. The other two volumes will follow. The novel “Pact of the Barbarians” and the “Jarlsblood Saga” have also been published, with nine volumes to date. An English translation is also planned for these books. Im Jahr 2005 veröffentlichte der Autor, der 1964 in der Bergbaustadt Gelsenkirchen in Nordrhein Westfalen/Deutschland geboren wurde, seinen ersten Roman „Die Saga von Erik Sigurdsson". Fasziniert vom Leben der Wikinger, ihrer Entdeckungsreisen und Eroberungskriege, konnte nur dies das Thema seines ersten Buches werden. Inzwischen gehören fünf Bände zu dieser Reihe. Der gelernte Tischler schrieb auch die Wikinger-Kurzgeschichtensammlung mit dem Namen "Wikingerwelten". Der erste Band der Wikingerwelten-Trilogie ist auch in englischer Sprache erhältlich. Die beiden anderen Bände werden folgen. Des Weiteren erschienen der Roman "Pakt der Barbaren", und die "Jarlsblut-Saga" mit bisher neun veröffentlichten Bänden. Auch bei diesen Büchern ist eine englische Übersetzung geplant.
