R.D.Shah spent his formative years in the north west of England before attending Rugby School in Warwickshire. At 17 he attained his private pilot's license in Florida and shortly after attended the University of Miami where he studied motion picture & psychology before returning to the UK to work in Television & leisure. He also holds a Padi open water scuba diving license which he gained off the shores of the Hawaiian island of Kauai. The son of a famous newspaper publisher and his mother an actress of James Bond fame he decided from a young age that he would need to forge his own path. R.D set out into the world not knowing what he wanted to do but realising he wanted to do it off his own back and he's done just that. His desire to explore has seen him travel extensively throughout Europe, Russia and the Americas on many genuine adventures. It is these adventures, experience and love of books and movies that prepared him for a career in writing. He currently lives in Wiltshire with his wife and young daughter.
