Today I probably call myself a private equity real estate proessinal with over 30 years' experience in development, asset management and financial structuring. But really I like to think of myself as being extremely lucky. Years go, I founded one of the largest property development companies in Eastern Europe from 1992-2010; creating several large scale businesses including the largest cross border real estate company in Central and Eastern Europe. This is a book about an entrepreneur's journey. Unique results requires you to do things other's aren't doing. Starting and building anything worthwhile takes time, a load effort and great people. Successful businesses are created by great people taking small steps every day; by solving problems and being able to pivot in the face of uncertainty, until at one moment there is a confluence of things that all come together.
