Paul Spector is a distinguished professor at the University of South Florida. He spent 38 years in the psychology department and currently teaches Executive Doctor of Business Administration students in the USF Muma College of Business. For more than 40 years he has been studying people's behavior at work and the research methods used to study them. Studies at Indiana University in 2012 and Stanford University is 2019 listed him among the 10 most influential scientists in the area of Business and Management. He has written a textbook on industrial and organizational psychology, now in its 8th edition, as well as job satisfaction and research methods.
