Paul Avery Tindol is an east Texas horror author, who has been writing stories since he could pick up a pencil, and obsessed with all things spooky since his babysitter showed him A Nightmare on Elm Street. He is a Haunted Minds Book Club awards finalist, and was named Best New Voice at the 2025 Sacred Crypt Awards. He is known for his books Hunting Snipe: and Other Notes on the East Texas Cattle Mutilations, This House Will Never Be Warm, and Pressing Matters. His short stories have been featured on podcasts like Creepy, NoSleep, and Someone Just Like You, as well as in anthologies like Push, Tumble Bleed, and There's Blood in This Brew. He lives with his wife and son, along with the other four-legged beasts that wander around his home. .
