Patrick Kennedy has a mission in life: to aid you in designing a system of living to marry your core values to your performance. Patrick has spent time in the commercial real estate space, managing a local brokerage through acquisition, serving as a tech product strategy manager for a CRE financing platform, and leading an 80+ person sales team to record growth. In each group Patrick has used techniques from his background in experimental psychology to help others achieve a state of ‘flow’. In his book, Thriving as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Patrick drills into the motivations lurking behind each successful, and unsuccessful, commercial real estate broker to illuminate what it takes to not only survive in the industry, but to thrive. While the lessons here may seem intuitively simple, sometimes we all find that common sense is not common practice. Patrick holds master’s degrees from Columbia University and McCombs School of Business and both BA and BS from Texas Christian University. He is a writer, speaker and consultant. He currently lives in Austin Texas with his wife and two children.
