Omayra Vélez is a retired Army Veteran who now dedicates her time to writing fantasy stories. She uses the places she has visited and the things she has seen to create her stories and build the worlds in her stories. She lives in Florida with her old English Springer Spaniel called Dexxy. She loves to read and spend time with her parents to make up for the time she spent away when in the Army.
