Follow Inspector Velázquez's footsteps as he tries to find the violent killer. I'm from Bristol originally, but I immediately fell in love with Seville when I moved there some ten years ago. Years passed before i felt I knew enough about Andalucían culture to write a book set in this part of the world. As well as Seville, I've also written about a fictional town on the Costa del Sol, which I've called Bardino. If you sit back and read my books, they will take you off the track most tourists usually tread. Bardino is a great place to read about, but you really wouldn't want to live there. And even a brief visit could prove hair-raising. The same is true of certain parts of Seville. I work hard to bring the Spanish settings in my books to life, so that the reader can breathe in the atmosphere and practically taste the tinto wine. My books are a satisfying blend of mystery and suspense, with strong characters that will make you care about them. Enter my world of pure entertainment.
