The New Leadership Learning Center, Inc. (formerly New Light Leadership Coalition (NLLC)) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides leadership training, educational resources, and networking opportunities for emerging young leaders, social entrepreneurs, and young professionals.
Founded in 1999 by young people who felt a need to create change and manifest the leadership potential in their peers, NLLC has trained over 2,500 young people through leadership workshops, training programs, and conferences. An authentically youth-led organization at its founding, NLLC has always been at the forefront of addressing youth issues.
Mission: To empower emerging young leaders through a holistic, peer-centered approach to leadership development. NLLC is the vanguard of leadership educational resources that aid aspiring leaders in self-development and connect them to a network of like-minded individuals.
