Ned Eckhardt

Ned Eckhardt

Ned Eckhardt was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. A lifelong love of storytelling led him through New York City and Greenwich Village in the late '60s to New Jersey and a career of teaching and making award-winning documentaries. Now he's writing feature film screenplays and loving every minute. Or, to put it another way: He's sung in many groups, studied Native American history, been a Division 1 athlete and singles club bartender, survived as a starving writer in New York City, produced programming for CBS, been a Teamster, college professor, and worked on many documentary crews.
