Nancy Kriseman is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 30 years of experience working with older people and their families. Nancy maintains a private practice and also provides consultation, educational programs and training for families and caregivers for a variety of long-term care organizations. Her first book, The Caring Spirit Approach to Eldercare, won awards from the American Society on Aging and the Brookdale Center on Aging. She was also a caregiver to her mother, who suffered Alzheimer’s for 17 years before passing.
