Nancy was born (1950) and bred in Hoboken (New Jersey), her grandparents came in US from Grosseto (Tuscany) at the beginning of the last century. During her childhood Nancy was traditionally educated, she attended the local high school merging the American culture with her Italian heritage. As her grandmother, Nancy has ever loved cooking, especially for her family which use to join every Sunday for lunch. Nancy has started to recreate famous dishes in order to involved her grandsons, addicted to restaurants and fast-food, but also into healthy way of living. She aims to transmit her passion, and show everyone that cooking for someone you love can be a great experience: her mantra is “make your home the best restaurant”.
