Myah Ariel is the author of debut contemporary romance WHEN I THINK OF YOU (Berkley '24). Her early love of movies led her from Arkansas to New York City where she studied film at NYU. For several years, Myah worked as a Hollywood receptionist with dreams of producing, before a career pivot landed her in academia. She earned an MA in specialized journalism and now works developing academic programs in journalism, media, and communications. As a medical mom and a hopeless romantic, Myah is passionate about inclusive love stories. She lives in Los Angeles with her family.
