Michael Tomoff was born in Northeim in 1977, spent his teenage years in Einbeck and lived in Göttingen, Galway (Ireland) and Aachen, where he studied (business) psychology. Afterwards he went on a world trip, worked as a volunteer development worker and psychologist with abused children in Nepal. After further stations in Düsseldorf and Cologne, he now lives in Bonn and offers his skills from there in persona but also remotely and worldwide. He holds a degree in psychology, works as a speaker, trainer and systemic coach, trains employees in companies to become beacons of Corporate Happiness®, provides support on topics related to "Positive Leadership" and pursues his passions in his blog "What If" (https://tomoff.de/blog): positive psychology and coaching, personal growth and self-development. Michael enjoys writing to share his insights, tricks of the trade, and thought-provoking ideas. In doing so, he only offers. No cure-all miracle cures.
