At 40 years of age Michael Dean Thomas stepped off a professional career path and into a blackhole. This was after nearly two decades of working in investment banks in Singapore, a Big 4 Audit Firm in South Africa and in accounting research for the IASB in London. Using a methodology he developed called Organic Thinking, he now brings one or two new products to market each year, and consults in the research and consulting business he founded- www.DecisionMaking.Institute. He is a commerce graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa, a South African Chartered Accountant, and entitled to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He likes to write books on the relationships between things like faith, business, psychology, technology, and he dabbles in fiction. When he is not clicking keys on his keyboard, or meeting people, you will find him listening to music in a coffee shop with his family traveling around the world.
