Michael Alan Tate is an avid outdoorsman, active Rotarian, and extra proud five-time grandfather. His friends call him Mike. He and his wife Patricia home in Gardendale Alabama and often retreat to their off-the-grid cabin located on the bank of the Locust Fork of the Black Warrior River. He graduated from the University of Alabama and earned a Master's degree from The Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He makes his living helping business leaders find creative ways to navigate team, career, and life transitions. Mike is the founder and president of On The Same Page Consulting. He has published three books. His blog is called the "Leadership and Life Journal", which begins with a real-life or real-work challenge and ends with a Journal Entry that offers a practical way to apply a new insight in your leadership and life. "Small-time leaders" is the name of his podcast. It is a 10-minute interview where accomplish business leaders share a story about a person in their life who did or said a small thing that was so profound and pivotal that it changed the way they live and lead forever.
