Matt Kodsi has an M.D. and a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of California San Diego. After completing a Neurology Residency at Emory University and a Fellowship in Behavioral Neurology at the University of Florida Gainesville, he moved to Chattanooga, TN where he cared for Alzheimer's patients and their families for 17 years. During that time he also served as Medical Director of Neurology, Chief of Staff, and Physician Advisor at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. He transitioned from clinical practice to hospital administration and served as VPMA/CMO at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga from 2019 to 2024. His passion for well-being and leader development led him to the Hudson Institute of Coaching, where he enrolled in their coaching certification program. He now works as a contract coach for MEDI Leadership and continues to strive for a better and more mutually supportive work environment for clinicians and the executives who collaborate with them.
