Maryse Dawson was born in England but now lives in western France with her family - a husband, three children and two cats. When she's not writing she spends her time visiting the beaches and surrounding countryside, mainly on the back of a Vulcan motorbike having recently rediscovered the joy of riding. She has always enjoyed reading romances and loves history so began writing a few years ago to include domestic discipline in her stories.
