Marvin Wiebener was born in 1943, a fourth generation Oklahoman that now resides with his wife Peggy in their country home not far from his birthplace. After serving with the U.S. Marine Corp Wiebener received his master's degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. He spent the better part of his career operating rehabilitation programs for juvenile and youthful offenders. Wiebener has a son and daughter, stepson and stepdaughter and seven grandchildren.
