Mark Maslow did what others only dream of: he quit his job as an aviation engineer and turned his hobby into a career: fitness and health. The fitness coach, who spent his youth unsportingly in front of the computer, only discovered a passion for exercise and sports much later – through his training as a reserve officer in the German army. Since 2012, he has been helping people stay on track with his platform MarathonFitness, which, with over 100,000 readers per month, is one of the most successful in Germany. In addition to his free email newsletter, the certified coach and personal trainer also offers online coaching, lectures and training. With his multiple award-winning podcast “Fitness mit M.A.R.K.”, he is regularly represented in the German top 20 charts (Apple Podcasts, Health and Fitness).
